Donors, Volunteers, and Employee of the Year
DWC is blessed with wonderful donors, volunteers, and staff. The following people were honored at our 2012 Christmas celebration. Volunteers of the Year![]() ![]() You may recognize Sue Erwin and Irma and Harold Taylor as receiving this award in 2010 and 2011 respectively. But all of their extensive hours of hard work making mosaic pots for our luncheon puts them at the top again this year! They also coordinate a monthly meal of fried chicken and all the trimmings for our stores. Donors of the Year![]() Susie and Garth Merrick love the Lord and His people! DWC is extremely blessed to be on the receiving end of that love. The Merrick’s use their gifts of hospitality and giving to make a difference in the lives of so many people in need. We are extremely honored to call them our friends. Thank you, Garth and Susie, for sharing in the work we do! Employee of the Year![]() The picture says it all! Ruby has been employed at Thrift City for four years and never without that beautiful smile! Thank you, Ruby, for being such a treasured member of our team! |
